Part time role required

I was speaking with Rob last week who suggested I circulated an employment position on the forum. I run a small investment company in Redland, Bristol (Moneo Wealth Management) and I am looking to employ part time secretarial / office administration help. The role would be 3-4 hours day & 4-5 days week. The role would involve general office work including data input, typing, telephone calls etc and generally supporting the MD and freeing up his time. Moneo is a well established company that has been successfully trading for 10 years. Just as a thought, have you ever looked into using a virtual assistant company. I attended a networking event a couple of weeks ago and the speaker was promoting her virtual office business. If you are looking for someone to work for you a couple of hours here and there, they maybe a little bit cheaper plus they are fully trained.

Thanks so much for this – and apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I’d be really grateful for any advice or contacts you can give me – I know you have lots of fingers in lots of pies.

Ideally, I’m looking for something in Clifton or close by, full or part-time, PA/senior admin/managerial role, media/arts/food/travel – those sorts of areas, although anything and everything considered! A huge bonus would be term-time only, as I have a young son, but I think that’s probably pushing it a bit…..
