Sometimes you have to travel, recession or no recession. So rather than choosing not to travel you may need to look at what you pay when you do. And despite what you may think it is possible to save money and have a more comfortable and enjoyable journey into the bargain
Take a taxi from Central Bristol to Heathrow and you can expect to pay between £150 and £180 each way.
You may not realise that Companies like Silverline Cars offer an Executive Travel Service which will undertake the same service, often for a set fee* of £150 plus vat. Using E class Mercedes saloon cars or equivalent, along with Luxury people carriers all furnished with complimentary mineral water, newspapers and cushions. It is hard to compare this service to that of a conventional Taxi cab.
You will be met at the airport, by a smart professional driver, always in a collar and tie, who will carry your luggage and transfer you safely and swiftly to your destination.

Silverline Cars will provide a vehicle for the whole day, which will take you from door to door with all the advantages of not being on a train from £310** plus vat. This is the charge for the vehicle, not per passenger. You can make huge savings if two people or more are travelling.
